Refund & Cancellation Policy
How deposits, cancellations and refunds are handled on our projects.

Project deposits
Projects typically begin after an initial deposit. Because work commences immediately on discovery and design, deposits are generally non-refundable once that work has started.
Cancellation by the client
If a project is cancelled mid-way, fees are payable for all work completed up to the cancellation date. Any amount paid in excess of completed work is refunded.
Cancellation by us
If we are unable to complete a project, any amount paid for work not delivered is refunded in full.
Maintenance plans
Monthly maintenance plans can be cancelled before the next billing cycle. Fees already charged for the current cycle are not refunded, and service continues until the cycle ends.
Requesting a refund
Refund requests should be sent in writing using the contact details on the contact page. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
